Lightning

Introduction

The Lightning spell is unlcoked from the Lord's Castle (Castle 1). It is a single-target, high damage spell that targets the unit with the highest health in its radius. When cast, a single large light blue lightning bolt will zap a unit. The Lightning spell costs 6 to cast.

Strategy

• Because of the Lightning's high cost, it should be used wisely. Using it effectively on offense means casting it on high health and damage troops such as the Black Knight or Executioner which will either cripple or kill the unit.
• Using the Lightning effectively on defense means casting it on high health troops, such as the Black Knight or Orc Warrior, approaching or attacking your castle.
• Because of the Lightning's high damage, it can be cast on Dryads to instantly kill them. Their healh is under the kill range of the Lightning so her healing will not be enough.
